Gift certificates are valid for one year and used for purchases on our websites www.bilboquet.com and www.bilboquetsport.com (excluding postage) or in one of our two points of sale in Vannes (France).
Order one or several gift vouchers, you will receive it (them) by post (you can also have them sent directly to the address of the recipient of the gift certificate).
To use the voucher online, simply enter the code printed on it before confirming the online order (in the "coupon code or gift certificate" field).
To use the certificate in our points of sale in Vannes, simply show it at checkout.
We will not give change when using a gift certificate. For security, the voucher code is refused if the amount of your shopping basket is lower than the value of the certificate.
Please note, gift certificates are non-refundable and will only be accepted for orders subject to French VAT (France and EEC countries).
